Ayrton Senna da Silva was a Brazilian racing driver who became a global icon in Formula One. Widely regarded as one of the greatest F1 drivers of all time, Senna competed from 1984 to 1994, driving for teams like McLaren and Lotus, and was known for his extraordinary skill in wet conditions and fierce competitiveness. Senna won three Formula One World Championships (1988, 1990, and 1991), secured 41 Grand Prix victories, and achieved 65 pole positions, a record that stood for over a decade.
